REACH Scholarship

I support the REACH Scholarship Initiative (HB 1722). REACH creates a true incentive for our young people to succeed, which is imperative for our educational future in Pennsylvania. Furthermore, I support the REACH Scholarship because it will have a profound positive impact on Pennsylvania's economy. The initiative will retain young families and professionals in the state and thwart the "brain drain" dilemma. This will create a stronger tax base, which will balance the demographics of our aging commonwealth and ultimately encourage economic growth through new intellectual capital.
